RETURN POLICY Watches may not be returned for a refund, unless the watch received does not match the watch orderred. You may return your watch for a store credit, if you find that it does not meet your expectations. In this circumstance, you should send the watch back to Sinn Store Madrid within 48 hours of receipt. The watch must be in perfect condition (unworn, bracelet not sized, no marks of any kind or size, functioning perfectly) when received by Sinn Store for you to receive credit. These policies are for your protection, to ensure that all watches sold by Sinn Store are brand new (unless otherwise indicated). HOW DO I RETURN A WATCH FOR SERVICE? You can drop the watch at the Sinn Store Madrid office personally, or send it by insured mail / Fedex / UPS, etc. Our address is indicated below. Please be sure to mark the package "Watch Return for Service". HOW DO I PAY FOR A PURCHASE? In our store, you may pay by cash or Master Card / Visa. If you are purchasing over the Internet or by telephone, you may pay by direct bank transfer from your bank to ours. SHIPPING OPTIONS If you purchase a watch over the Internet or by telephone, your watch will be shipped to you by insured UPS delivery.
